I'm currently in my fourth semester pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zurich (ETHZ).

One of the roles I hold is that of a semester spokesperson. It's an honor to represent my fellow students, voicing their concerns and working towards solutions. Through effective communication and organization, I strive to foster a strong sense of unity among our cohort.

Additionally, I actively participate in HOPO (Hochschulpolitik), where I have the privilege of being a delegate. It's an exciting opportunity to engage in university policy matters and contribute to creating a positive learning environment for all students. I am passionate about advocating for improvements and ensuring that our voices are heard.

Within the academic realm, I have taken on the responsibility of organizing Exam Preparation Courses (PVK). I find great fulfillment in assisting my peers, providing them with valuable guidance and support as they prepare for their exams. Witnessing their success is incredibly rewarding, and it motivates me to continue helping others excel in their studies.

Since autumn 2022, I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the focus project at Acentauri, where I work as a structural engineer. This role allows me to put my skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to practical use. Specifically, I have been involved in designing the Wheelcover and collaborating on the development of the wheeldoor. It's fascinating to be a part of such innovative projects and to contribute to the creation of efficient engineering solutions.

Moreover, I have gained hands-on experience in manufacturing various components for the solar car. This experience has strengthened my practical engineering skills and provided me with a deeper understanding of the manufacturing process. It's fulfilling to see theoretical knowledge come to life in tangible and functional products.

In the upcoming semester, I am thrilled to delve into the fascinating realm of robotics, which has always captivated my interest. The field of robotics combines my passion for engineering, control systems, and artificial intelligence (AI), offering a perfect convergence of cutting-edge technology and practical application.

In conclusion, I am Nuaim M. Nasaj, a driven and dedicated mechanical engineering student at ETH Zurich. My academic achievements, involvement in various projects and organizations, and my passion for robotics, control systems, and AI are a testament to my commitment to the field. Editing and crafting short action films is where my true passion lies. I love the whole process of taking the footage I've captured and transforming it into visually stunning and captivating cinematic masterpieces. From carefully selecting the right music to creating seamless transitions, I strive to create films that immerse viewers and tell compelling stories.

Design has always fascinated me in all its diverse forms. Whether it's engineering design, videography design, or the layout of storyboards, my passion for creativity knows no bounds. I'm equally drawn to designing clothing and apparel, which led me to launch my own clothing label during my final year of Gymnasium. It started as a fun project, but soon garnered recognition from third parties, further fueling my interest.

As I ventured into the world of clothing design, I realized the skills needed to excel in this field. A clothing designer must possess a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of fabrics and materials, and the ability to bring concepts to life through sketches and prototypes. Expertise in pattern-making, sewing, and garment construction ensures the final product meets the highest standards of quality and fit.

Yet, my clothing label, N22, holds a deeper meaning for me. It serves as a way to reconnect with my heritage and honor my roots. Through N22, I strive to create garments that reflect not only my personal beliefs and values but also resonate with individuals who appreciate the celebration of diverse identities.

In the modern era, sustainability has become an essential aspect of design. N22 clothing is committed to blending sustainability with urban style. By prioritizing environmentally-friendly materials, ethical sourcing, and responsible production methods, I aim to make a positive impact on the fashion industry and the planet.
